Continued prayers for you and hubby. It's not an easy thing being cooped up and not having the ability to do what we need to do for ourselves much less what we want to do when an injury is involved. But, that is what TRUE LOVE is all about...being there for our partner when we can not do for ourselves and when we are at our worst. You are truly Blessed.
You concentrate on healing.
Thanks for sharing your talents with us always. But do rest and do not over do.
Happily Scrapbooking & Crafting My Memories~~Sandra V.

God Bless you - you are one brave woman! Keeping you in my prayers!

ouch! ouch! ouch! Be Well

ooo dear how brave you have been... take care and hope you soon on the mend xx

Looking better all the time! I know your positive spirit has helped almost as much as prayers did. Praying you'll continue to heal fully, even though the process might be slow and painful. Hugs! Donna

I just had knee replacement so I feel some of your pain. Staples are yucky. 80 degrees is amazing already. No cast? Or they figure screws in the bone will heal it? Heal well.

Stick those staples in a 3D treat cup and stick them on a scrapbook page! Love the wish bone - we all wish you a speedy recovery!

Oh Dawn, take care, it's looking very painfull! Anne-Marie

Thoughts and prayers are still with you all. I hope you get down those stairs soon...one for recovery but also so you can have some fun :) When I had a knee op my daughter, 8 at the time, brought me a pandora turtle....I was finally made go slow for awhile :) Take care xox

My prayers are with you, your positive attitude will help a lot with the healing process. God Bless.

So good to hear you are improving and your lovely family are keeping you smiling. Take it easy on those stairs when you get to it!

Dawn, you are amazing, brave, and keeping your sense of humor. I respect your attitude!
I'm sure you had your staples removed with a smile on your face and you probably made the doctor feel better.
Keep up your good work and thank your PT from all of us who know you're pretty special.
Also love your daughter's and husband's humor!!

Happy to hear that things are going a bit better, I know you have road ahead of you.
It is so helpful that you have a great family to help you and with the Lord guiding you and your family you know you are in good hands. We are all keeping you in our thoughts and prays.

Thank you for keeping us updated on your leg. I think that it looks like it is healing nicely. I check your blog a number of times a day to see how you are doing. You are still in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs,

Oooooo! That's SO HARD to look at Dawn!!!!!!! :( I'm SO SORRY it hurt to get your staples out! It's SOOOO HARD when you're a BUSY PERSON & can't even get out of bed!!!!!!!!! I showed our daughter your pictures & all she could say was OUCH! OUCH! OUCH! It is SOOO NICE that your hubby & daughter are LOVING you back to health! :)

Dawn, I am a follower of your blog from Canada, and wish you continued patience & comfort while you heal. You cracked me up with the comment about saving and figuring out something to do with those staples... Can't wait for you to get down to your craft-cave, too!

So glad to hear the news. I do believe you're going to be A-OK soon. Keep at it. Love ya.

Dawn - your knee and bruising are looking better every day - whew -you had a massive fall, for sure!!!

As far as your scar on your leg goes, when I had my two knee replacements done two years ago, the physiotherapist suggested rubbing Bio Oil on the scars to make them heal better and not be raised.

Have you tried that yet??

Feel and sleep better soon!!

Wooooooooowwwwwwwwww!!! Okay. Wow. I love your blog and visit regularly even though I don't comment much. Wow, is all that I can say. I pray that God will lift you out of that bed soon, my dear Dawn. Know that your cyber scrapbook fans are here rooting for you. Remember He is your healer!

Thank you Dawn for your wonderful pages, ideas, videos and most of all sharing your faith!! Praise God for all things and maybe someone will come to know Jesus through your testimony of how you live your life :-)
