Wisteria Wonder marks the spot ...

Hi Stampers :

Happy Monday friends !

Here is another  twist on the spotlighting . Today's card I used Whisper White  for both layers .

I colored  one of the pieces with Wisteria Wonder Marker and punched out random circles  and then layered them onto the base layer .

It's simular to this card HERE But on that one I used the Daffodil Delight card stock for my circles .

I love  this technique adds a slight punch to only highlighted areas of the beautiful Swallowtail butterfly stamp

Happy Wednesday friends !

Here is  a brand new stamp called Swallowtail and I love it because it reminds me of our older stamp I had from SU!  called Stipple Butterfly  (Loved that butterfly )  but the  stamp is retired  a few years ago  .

This  Swallowtail stamp is so much bigger and I got a feeling you may be seeing it used many different ways from me ( LOVE IT!!)  .

This was the 1st card I made with one of the ideas that came to mind when I 1st  saw it in the Spring catalog . I did the Spotlighting technique .

Just Because ...

This card was actually the inspiration  for this month Thank you notes HERE .

I really wanted to use the "Just Because"  on them BUT this  stamp is from the Sale-a-Bration Mini starting January 22, 2013 .The stamp set is called Vintage Verses .

That lead me in another direction  for my Thank you notes with the "For You"  from the My Little Valentine stamp set  which is  available right now until January 21, 2013 .

P.S I really missed all of you while I was on vacation while my Father in law was in town for Christmas  . It feels really Great to be back in the swing again and looking forward to creating with all of you in 2013 .
