I have to tell you that on Thanksgiving when asked what my grandaughter (age 13)was thankful for she said that she was thankful that they had a furnace just wished that they would turn it on....everyone got a good laugh out of that....her dad (my son) does keep it cool in their house...but I think it feels good....a cool house was what he grew up in therefore he didn't think much of not haveing the heat up high....LOL
