4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2 "

cut at 2 3/4" 3 1/2"
Whisper white Card stock # 100730
cut at 2 1/2" 3 1/2"
Green Galore card stock #101768
cut at 2" X 3"
Pencil eraser
scallop circle punch #109041
1/4" circle punch ( retired )
1" circle punch #109046
Eyelet border punch # 113692
Cheep talk stamp set ( greeting) #113204

I love this lady bug. If you don't have the 1/4 circle you could also use black brads.
