Happy Sunday!!
Todays project is using the new Texturz Plates that are in the new Stampin'Up! catalog. I also used a bunch of other new goodies for my card today too .
I used the new stamp sets called Thoughts & prayers # 113252 pg 58 for my main image I used the Sage Shadow marker # 100040 and the Chocolate Chip marker #100071 the greeting is from Hope Happens stamp set #113722 pg135 in Chocolate chip classic ink # 100908
Specialty Designer paper called To the Nines # 114038 Which is sooo beautiful .. Its a heavier weight designer paper
The texturz plate I used was Texturz plates kit #4 # 114531 pg 203 .The side I used for todays card was the Daises I then added a soft touch of creamy Caramel clasic ink with my dauber across the embossed dasies to add some depth to the Very Vanilla card stock # 106650 pg 156
Then I used the Eyelet border punch # 113692 and added some Chocolate Chip Taffta ribbon #109065 pg 179
I have gotten alot of requests for me to do a quick video on how to use the Texturz plates so I have a video on the texturz plates below

Thanks for that video Dawn. I've been wondering about these plates. Now I wonder if they can be used in the cuttlebug somehow. The price for the plates is so reasonable.

Hi Dawn...
Love the card. That set is on my wish list and I love the colors you used.
Question about the Texturz plates. What is the purpose of the Impressions pad that goes on top of the silicone? How is it different than using a standard cutting pad as the top part of the sandwich? Is it soft? Would the standard cutting pad give a deeper impression? OK, sorry for so many questions hehe. Thanks for sharing such great stuff!

Hi Dawn!
Thanks for the neat videos. I sent a link to two friends for your video on making the punches template. Here is one's comment:
Wowee zowee, impressive! I can’t wait to sit down & watch some more of her videos! Thanks.
The other has her whole family gather around her computer to watch with her.
I agree with both of them that you are one awesome lady! Thanks again.

Dawn,
It is Monday evening and I just got home from a Beth Moore Bible study called Fruit of the Spirit. Stampin Design School had your blog on find of the day and to see sight a beautiful card and your kindness to share the texture plates -- then Chris Tomlin -- why I just am so awed to be goofing and blessed at the same time. Thanks for sharing your faith and talent,
You are in my prayers,
Micky
