I just knew we had a "connection" My DH was a Seabee too!! Figure the odds... He served from 1983 (pretty much straight out of High School) until he retired in 2003.
Hardly anyone even knows who/what the Seabees are, so it's just fabbo to check your blog this morning to find a picture of one (and can I say such a cute little ol' bee, too) there, complete with the old style uniform.
Tell your hubby Hi from me!!

Good Morning Dawn!

Love your cards...the glitter adds so much! Fab job!

Great pictures of your husband! When I clicked on the blog I thought...hmmm who is that young fellow?! haha! Thanks for sharing some old pics! Fantastic!
We had our Remembrance Day ceremonies yesterday...always such a sad time.
Hope you have a Thankful Veterns Day.
Hugs
Dawn

Amazing what happens over a period of time how things end up. You never know what Divine Providence has planned for you along your journey.

Hi Dawn,
You can get a sneak peak at the new catty on the demo site in the Dec stampin success there. LOVE THE new patterned paper! Not to mention a stamp set called 'all scallops' AND RUB ons!! woo hoo!

Can't wait!

Bobbie :)

Isn't Rich adorable! Kirk didn't know who it was when I showed him the picture. I had forgotten how skinny he was back then! Can't wait to see him in Jan. We sure do miss him! XO

Your cards are simply adorable!! I love the glittered edges!!

Great photos of Rich too! Thanks for sharing them, and for all our veterans on this day and always!

Please wish your hubby a happy veterans day for me too! Great cards! Love the sparkle:)

Hi Dawn
HUGE fan of yours from AUSTRALIA

I was just wondering how you added the glitter to the outside of the cards - it looks so beautiful all framed like that!
