Dawn, my heart goes out to you and your family!!! You will be in my thoughts and prayers! I like the idea of sending your hubby a RAK. You just tell us when and where to! Big cyber hug!
Oh...the cards you got are beautiful!

Dawn, I will add your husband to my prayer list - and you too. I would be very glad to send him a RAK - just let us know when. You sure have some talented RAK friends - the cards are super.

Dawn, keep your chin up! Here is a a long distance HHHHHHHHUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGG. I am sure once he gets settled we can all send him his own RAK. Love ya! Jenny

Your love and devotion to your hubby is refreshing, Dawn. Love and prayers sent your way! :)

Hugs and smiles Dawn. Thinking of you.

Just sending you a hug...

My thoughts and prayers are with you!! I have a friend that I help make cards for the troops, when you're ready just let us know and we'll be there for you! I talked to friend yesterday, we hadn't talked in a while and she said "oh I just love that Dawn's blog", so I thought I would pass that along to give you a little smile. Tell your hubby we said "Be safe"!

I might not post a response everyday, however you can be assured I am here everday reading. I wish you and your family the best during this time of seperation and that the days fly by as quickly at the SU! quarters do. Just know we are all here praying for you and sending you cyber hugs.

GOD ANSWERS PRAYER

I know not by what methods rare,
But this I know ~ God answers prayer.
I know not when He sends the word
That tells us fervent prayer is heard.
I know it cometh soon or late;
Therefore we need to pray and wait.
I know not if the blessing sought
Will come in just the way I thought.
I leave my prayers with Him alone,
Whose will is wiser than my own!

DO NOT FEAR
My Lord God, I do not see the road ahead of me. I cannot know for certain where it will end... I know that You will lead me by the right road, though I may know nothing about it. Therefore I trust You always. I will not fear, for You are with me, and You will never leave me to face my perils alone.

A gift of Peace I give to you and your family :~)

Dawn,

May God bless you and keep you both held tightly. I have never commented on your blog before but this was too important.

Your husband will be in many prayers and so will you and your daughter. Your cyberspace friends will keep you company til he comes home.

Thanks for the blog candy...and I hope you find comfort and peace during this trial...

Dawn,
I will be thinking & praying for you & your family at this time of change in your lives. Know that God will keep your husband in his arms to care for him & watch over him while he is away. God bless your husband for serving his country & God bless your family for letting him be there for all of us & for the oppressed people who honestly do want him to be there! We just had a stabbing this week at our high school where an unknown student slashed an ROTC student during a passing period in the staircase of one of the wings of the school. The assailant made an anti war remark & slashed out at this young student who is chosing to be prepared to serve his country when he is done with school. The good news was that the student received only a few stitches. How sad for this country that we have to go against our own to show how we feel about war. Yes we do have to right to freedom of speech, but this is horrible when something like this happens to our own children let alone the men & women who serve our country. We have to know that God will be there to protect all and pray that they come home to their families safely. If that is not the plan then they will be safe with God!
Blessings to you & your family!
Ann

Dawn,
I have to ask about the card that Jeralyn Baker sent you. Is there any way to get directions or information as to how she made that gorgeous card?
Thanks,
Ann

Dawn, thanks for all the good ideas you put on. Roxanne
