WOW can you believe it I am still uploading things I made this past Saturday? .. Todays " Froggie " upload ( from Saturdays fun !!) is using my one of my Great froggie verbage stamps I got for 70% off that I found last week
. I must also admit I made some of these for my swaps for regionals also BUT I used a Toadily different verbage for my swaps Wait until you see the SU! set I used for that..( will post soon ) way to cute
this card is sooo simple its scary ...eeeeeekkkkk soooo scary
!! I used Green galore Cs stamped my Unfroggetable froggie in Black ink and then stamped the verage in the center with black ink also , then using my Favoritest white gel pen I highlighted his eyeballs ( really makes them HOP huh?
and then I colored the froggies in with green galore marker then as a finishing touch I took my dauber and highlighted the saying in green galore ( just dabbed it on the saying ).. and what would a card be without alittle doodle?
HUMMM I then added little dots in my white gel pen to the background, then added white wide Organdy ribbon ( I love the way the froggies are peeking out from under the ribbon ).. cute huh?
Yesterday was another productive stampin day I finished my christmas swap cards ( I am doing a christmas swap with all my girls ) finished putting those together , made another batch of 12 swap for regionals
Here are my finished swaps I did yesterday for regionals very simple card here also.. I love the copper accents so I embossed the "Peace " on the always artichoke side added copper cord and then I added copper metallic cs with a copper brad ( from vintage brads) stamped Peace" in always artichoke on the confettii ( sp?) Cream . This technique Not to sure what we call it ..But I recieved a RAK from Tessa B and seen her beautiful card ( she used perfect plum for hers ( Just beautiful ) anyway heres the low down on how to do this technique. Using" All I have seen " I inked up the image in certainly celery and then I used the always artichoke marker and colored inside the leafs and stem Huff on it ( I mean do the" Darth Vader "move ) the set is sooo perfect for this look .. try it you will be hooked ..I promise
so I finished up alot of swaps yesterday and then I got everything ready for my big event tommorrow we are going to be making (2) accordian books ..I will show you one of my accordian books we will be making on tommorrow blog post ..okey dokey
Then what to my wondering eyes should I see coming down the road ?? Why its my UPS man and he is heading right for my house .. YAHOO! Yup I got my SU! order .. I had ordered all the goodies for an upcoming events on the 29th & Oct 6th ... PLUS I got my crosshatch BG stamp ..Man do I have a ton of BG stamps YIKES! Thankgoodness I store them on their sides on my shelf and w/o their plastic box .. this does free up some ( saying that lightly ) space
so Until later ... Happy Stampin!!!

Well, I'll tell you, Dawn, you are so lucky you found those stamps, I've been to 5 Meijers, and have yet to find them. Although, I've come across other treasurers at 70% off, just not those stamps.
lol

I've been reading your blog for a week now and I have to say that not only do I love your style, but also the fun way you present everything. I read a lot of blogs and yours is very refreshing to me. I also love your cards (especially your recent Wild About You stuff). Thanks for being out there!
