Here is my Accordian book opened to showcase my favorite thing ! Hee! Hee!
My New Hat I resently got this hat at Cedar Point this past August when we went with the church youth group .. Cedar Point in Sundusky OH is the bestest place to get my hats 
.. Their hats are super fun , wild and viberant in color .. Every time I wear one of my famous hats it never fails a handful of people tell me they love it 
and then the next question always follows ( can I touch it ) well at Cedar point when I bought my new hat/s everyone had to give it a try on .. I have to admit this hat looks fabulous on EVERYONE!! NO Kidding 
.. I think you may agree that even the guys look great wearing also HUH? Thats my hubby in far left photo and Andrew in far right photo and then theres me next to my hubby and then Pam in between me and her hubby Andrew .. I even got photos of a couple youth wearing it also .. Look for this hat at lansing Michigan regionals cause I will be wearing it .. and yes come and give it a touchy feely if you want .. It wont bite !!
This is what my accordian book looked like w.o the photos if you were wondering ... I had many questions if this book is easy to assemble ? Yes it sure is even though I attached my sample pages backwards last night for my demo
( Note to self make sure the 2 pages are attached from the backside with sticky strip ) it still turned out cute and nothing a photo cant cover up right ? 
My event last night was super fun
I had 4 gals come and make this accordian book along with another one 
that is
simular to the Halloween one on the right .. this book measures 4x4 in size and I cased the idea from the SU! Stampers showcase winner Rebecca G she was soo gracious to share her fabulous idea Thanks a TON Rebecca 
we also made a punch template ( Many Thanks to Amy R for this fabulous Idea
) which we then eliminated with Scotch laminating pouches I got from Sams club these pouches are so awesome for many reasons But the bestest thing is because you dont need a Machine to heat the sheets up which is a plus for me .. you get 25 sheet pouches for 15 something .. anyway we used these laminating pouches to seal up the punch template we made last night ..
At the last minute before my event was to start daughter went out to the lake to hang out with grandma and also a few kids that went camping from church 
so after my event Hubby and I had some alone time which we fell a sleep on the couch wowzie talk about alone time huh? pretty exciting life for a near 40 year old HUH?

seriously I had a BIG BOO HOO moment ( daughter was asking what was going on ... Tears of JOY!!!) .. Personally I love MY VIDEO BETTER Hee! Hee! and then you can also click on MY VBS Video in the same place also .. BEWARE my video is 7 minutes long ( But really whats 7 minutes when your looking at such great kids and me with 1 of my Great hats and my funny face, you will also see my hubby with the VBS mascot ( a stuffed beaver thingy ) this little guy made the rounds .. everyone wanted to hold him and when you squeezed this little beaver thingy he made cute noises .. I taught music again this year for VBS 
along with my mom and Jeannie every year we have sucha AWESOME VBS ( it gets better and better each year ..) this year was ARTIC EDGE!! Yahoo!! The music has such a meaning and we get to put movements and sign lanuage to each song . Hey remember Linda My dearest friend that just turned 50 the gal I sent a card to every day for 8 days until her Birthday day? She is on this video also with my daughter ( she is the Blonde Gal ) and also a few other times too anyway I really hope you enjoy my 1st ever video / slide show .. Please Please let me know what you think about it .. also my Viedo says it is 10:49 mins long But the photos stop at 7 mins and then just the song keeps playing ..I love this song .. so many people used this song this year for Graduation BUT I thought it fit perfectly with MY VBS kids and workers this year .. Thanks so Much I added my video to my blog so I can always find it .. Enjoy 
.. Todays " Froggie " upload ( from Saturdays fun !!) is using my one of my Great froggie verbage stamps I got for 70% off that I found last week
. I must also admit I made some of these for my swaps for regionals also BUT I used a Toadily different verbage for my swaps Wait until you see the SU! set I used for that..( will post soon ) way to cute 
!! I used Green galore Cs stamped my Unfroggetable froggie in Black ink and then stamped the verage in the center with black ink also , then using my Favoritest white gel pen I highlighted his eyeballs ( really makes them HOP huh? 
and then I colored the froggies in with green galore marker then as a finishing touch I took my dauber and highlighted the saying in green galore ( just dabbed it on the saying ).. and what would a card be without alittle doodle? 
HUMMM I then added little dots in my white gel pen to the background, then added white wide Organdy ribbon ( I love the way the froggies are peeking out from under the ribbon ).. cute huh? 
..Man do I have a ton of BG stamps YIKES! Thankgoodness I store them on their sides on my shelf and w/o their plastic box .. this does free up some ( saying that lightly ) space 
to the days of warming up my car this winter ..) But get this girls .. Hubby took my car back down to the guy that put the remote starter in and You will never guess what happened ?? He gave me a whole brand new Remote starter YAHOO! 
fundraiser on next Saturday ( these school funrasiers are going towards her senior trip in 2010 Whew thank goodness for funraisers to help her mom & Dad out with the costs .. I also plan on stamping some today

.. Then I was off to see what they could do about my funny nosies in my car 
and the guy was going to charge me 35.00 to look at it and then another 45.00 to take the remote starter out .. so needless to say we are heading back to the guy that installed it in the 1st place and Hubby will be going out there today at 4:30.. with all that said ..

.. Sounds like I have my blinker on BUT it's not and it also sounds like its coming from my door locks Kinda like they are opening and closing really fast, my remote doesnt work and My door or trunk will not open with the remote .. .. Daughter & I were out and about saturday and thats when it all started .. she freaked out and asked if the car was going to blow up .. Of course she gets on her phone and calls Dad ( My hubby ) and he seems to know exactly what to say cause she ends up fine after the call to dear old Dad.. go figure.. 
.. But life goes on right ? RIGHT!! the goody holder is just wrapped around the mini bag of oreos and then cut with 1/2" extra on end and then sticky striped the 1/2 "edge I punched a hole at top to slide the piece of GG choco. ribbon through to hold the goodies tied the bow at top .. The stamp set used for my oreo cookies is ALL WRAPPED up, and Treat yourself for the saying on front ..

.. I found these self ahesive body tattoo's .. I know HUH? of all things I would find these .. BUT it sure does add some Bling Bling Yea baby ..I got to use so many of my new goodies I resently got from SU! and todays upload is using the Sassy stems set I got a week or so ago.. Love this set for watercoloring 
..Which is what I did for this card.. I used the aqua painter and reinkers of Pixie pink and Cool caribbean & used our watercolored paper and I used the same Cardstock in Pixie pink and Cool Caribbean as the reinkers , I also used the New Pasiley and the Aida Backgounds for this card .. and then of course did some more fun doodles ..

.. that was until Yesterday ..I used the same theme as my full size card above ..So when I made a few of these ATC cards I wanted to use the simular design BUT the BLING on these I used SU! vintage brads ( silver diamond shaped). I am planning on taking these to swap at regionals in Lansing also ..
and these colors sure didn't match my holder/cover and Whaaaa-Laaaaaaaa a matching set emerged.. I can't tell you how exciting this was for me yesterday 
Ok girls I am having such a fun day all by my lonesome
.. I plan on making swaps for regionals I want to make the DVD /CD holders and a few more cards .. Thank you for all your Great coments / and emails on my froggie shadow box I will post a pictorial directions on this project with in the next couple days I will start today taking photos of all the steps so stay tuned in the near future .. Today I am expecting 2 BIG Stampin orders to arrive Gotta love my UPS man.. then the fun going through everything .. a couple things I am so excited about recieveing is my 3/4 sq and cirle punches ..YAHOO!! 
( my 2 stamps for 70 % off ) I have had alot of requests on what company makes these stamps and also where I found them .. so wait no further .
to my project and actaully the "S " texture is the way the whole alphabet looks in the box I bought .. there is a glossy finish to them ( tried to emboss on them BUT No go )
But these letters will be a nice touch to any project .. I also picked up the little flowers which are called sequins for Halloween ( not to sure why they say for halloween since pretty much all the goodies in the little bag are flowers hummm )

So I am off and running I will also be stamping again today ( hopefully ) and placing another order for my upcoming class on the 23rd gonna get everything I need for that .. and then some KWIM ? 
inspiration today , well actually found it a few weeks ago when Daughter got some cho. milk through the drive thur anywho... I have been looking at it and havent had a chance to actually sit down 
and use it for Inspiration that was until today so here ya go .. Not a card I would typically make thats for sure 
just thinking that there will come a day I may never be able to stamp again I remember my dads hands being so crippled with Arthitis and yesterday made me think of all this and it got me down .. Kinda like not singing in church when everyone else is .. not because you didnt want to sing BUT because you didnt have a voice from a cold or something and couldnt sing.. So I had a down in the dumps kind of a day yesterday .. BUT hey I am over it Praise God 
SO I posted a card I made from my weekly tasks for Stampin boot camp .. I needed to make a technique card ( anything I wanted ) so I picked this double slider card very easy and fun You can find the directions here 
for the rest of the day she stayed in her room looking at everything and of course she found all the little extra touches I mentioned yesterday to you all.. My Daughter doesnt miss a beat ,smart as a whip I tell ya

The rugs were picked last since I wanted to bring the pink and Orange together in some way and not be soooo over bearing with PINK PINK PINK .. Thanks for all your encouragement through this 2 day process Yup hard to believe we did this all in 2 days and whats even more amazing is that we did this all while hubby was working his reg. job also ( a Journeyman Electrican ) My hubby is sooo amazing I dont think there is anything this Man Can NOT do .. seriously .. 
so Now we wait until later this afternoon to surprise Jessie.. gonna kill me not blabbing the awesome news when I see her .. whats even worse is that I will have to keep her away from house until after 4:00pm ( thats when hubby gets home from work today .. Ya know he wants to see her face when we say " BUS driver MOVE THAT BUS! ok maybe not a bus driver but when we swing that door open so maybe while I am waiting to pick her up I will go sit in her room and drool and then maybe go stamp a weeee bit before 2:00pm

so for my 3rd place winnings Phyllis awarded me with a 15.00 prize from SU! in a CDO ( Customer direct Order ) YAHOO! well this is where todays card upload comes in ..I picked the very cute stamp set " Birthday beauty " and through all my MESS yesterday I was able to grabbed a 1/2 hour to be able to create this simple card before church 
What a GREAT day to recieve FREE Rubbah when I wasnt expecting a delivery so soon .
today and then comes the putting the Loft bed and everything moved back in ..OH MY should be a fun filled day .. stay tuned .. Now back to our regular scheduled programing

But wanted to get my blog post done 1st for the day .. This is one of the items I made to send in to SU! for the Ho! Ho ! Holidays ..I used the new on board itty bitty book 3x3 refill pages and also the tag punch ..( I used the tag punch to make little gift tags like a mini books . I folded my whisper white CS in half and then just line up your punch so that the outside punch line is not punching through any cs ) I used sticky strip adhesive to apply the page protector onto the card stock .. measurements for base I believe are 3 1/2 X 5 for the cardstock scoring at 3 1/4 and again at 3 1/2 to make a edge to punch one hole on the inside of lid to attach ribbon handle with a slip knot sets used were snow flurries, perfect endings, tiny talk and little pieces velcro was used for the closure.
) and I made these cups very easy to make just print template out on cs / or designer series paper ( I used double sided designer paper for mine ) and follow directions .. I cant seem to attach the template But will keep trying . if anyone knows how to attch Adobe file please let me know . I can always send you the template

and it was actually a OOPSIE when I had already tied the piece around the whole 6x6 page but did not like it so I took the ribbon off ( which was already tied ) and then cut the ribbon so I still could use the knot/bow and this is what happened ..
for stampin gonna make a matching set a spooky card and a spooky pin .. OK not to spooky But still tons of fun ..
