Today we will be making this beautiful glitter splatter background.
I will be using the (3) items listed below

Today's video I will be showing you how I did this background .

Love this! My tip when using any water tool like a spray bottle or the Aqua Painter: don't leave the water in the tool for very long. Or it will get musty.
