My matches measure 1 1/2" x 3"
Make sure you don't cover the striking part of the matches . All matches will be different in size .You should measure your matches for the size of your DSP .

Girl, you're somethin' else. I just love this little box. I'd suggest making several and have them on hand. Jump start and make some for Christmas. My grand kids love gift cards and good ole money. Thanks again.

Such a cute idea for a gift card holder to a young person. They'd love it, but I'll forego the matches and candle and just use the battery candle for really young and replace them with something else. TFS this fun project.
