Today we will be making this sweet Thank you card  using the brand new stamp set called

Garden in Bloom # 139433

One of my top favorite stamp set  and love the 2 step stamping  and the effect it gives. It looks  like it's water colored

I love this card Dawn. I was a little reserved on whether or not I liked the stamp set but after seeing the video that you did on this card, I am thinking I might like to order the set.
