Scallop Tag punch Ghirardelli holder

Hi Stampers,

Today we will be making this adorable Ghirardelli holder ( shown above ) . This idea came from Davette Miller .

Davette gave me the 2  ( shown above in colors ) she made, at our Glitter Queen retreat a few weeks ago...love them .
