So excited that you are here today ..
Today's video we will be making paper beads .
Making paper beads are sooo Fabulous because we can use Stampin'Up! fabulous Designer paper .
If you remember that I gave all my Glitter Queens and Shelli & Sara a special scissor charm HERE and adding the paper bead is what made them sooo Fabulous .
Dawn's Side note :What was really cute is when I showed Jessie the scissor charms with the paper bead she totally freaked out and said "WOW these are better than your other scissor charms, Cause they go with the whole idea of paper crafting/ stamping " She is sooo sweet :)
I also added a few paper beads to the shaker card I posted HERE What a fun way to add alittle something different to your projects .
Here are the supplies I will be using today in my video :
Pawsitively Prints designer paper # 118060
cut at 7" long
Jessie used newspaper and magazine paper to make hers and she cut hers at 10" long BUT since the designer paper is thicker I cut mine at 7" long
Just play around to find the perfect length for your paper beads .
I will be using a piece a cardstock as my ruler today, Cut larger than the designer paper to get the triangle shape for your bead
You will also need
Tombow Multi glue # 110755
Crystal Effects #101055
tooth pick ( local store )
paint brush ( I am using one I found at a $1 store )
and of course grab your
Mat pack #105826 ( foam one)
Have fun and Thanks so much for watching today :)
P.S I tried to voom in as close as I could without my camera getting blurry since these beads are sooo tiny. Hopefully you will get the idea.
Until later.. Happy Stampin!
Dawn
Your bead idea is great! You are so clever. One question, do they come off the toothpick easy so that you can add them to a piece of jewerly? Thanks so much for sharing!

Shelia: Yes as long as you keep the Crystal Effects only on the bead part and not get any on the toothpick. Hope this makes sense :)

How cute is that!! I'm gonna try these today. Where might I find those clasps for the scissor charms? Or, is that some information you don't share? I love mine that I got at our DL meeting of a lifetime. I want to make some b/c I keep loosing my paper snips at workshops. Thank you SO much, Dawn. You are the BEST!!!

Those are so cute. I am not sure I have as much patience as you and Jessie do to create such great projects with them. Love the necklaces and charms! So cute!

i love your videos - I have already made some. My tip if it is to go fast, I roll the beads in Versamark and emboss with Clear Stampin 'Emboss Powder.

Great idea Dawn. Do you have directions for the scissor charms? Would love to know how those are made.
