Thanks for all your sharing Dawn.
I used this technique with the snowflake punch and dazzling diamonds against brocade blue for a scrapbook page.
I am going to use the baby wipe technique for red stripes on glossy, punch the star area and use this packing tape technique for it and panel it on blue for troop cards. My son is a marine.
